I am very impressed with the service that I received from Dustin at garage pros KC. I called to schedule an appointment for a quote, Dustin was at my house with a smile on his face the very next day. I had several doors that I needed to be serviced, and wanted quotes to replace a few motors with upgraded units. He quickly and confidently wrote up my quotes that I asked for, and answered all of the questions I had without having to call anyone else or look at any manuals. He had great product knowledge and was confident in his abilities to get the job done quickly and correct. He allowed me to think about his quotes while he was repairing the other doors. During the repairs he told me that I could purchase the lifetime warranty rollers, which I decided to purchase because I do not want to do this again anytime soon. I appreciate him telling me about that option. I decided to go ahead and upgrade both of my motors. He had all of the parts in stock on his van and was able to start the install immediately. He had the install done quickly and correctly. And more importantly to me, he had a fantastic attitude the entire time. And he seems like the type of guy that you could trust to work on your house without you home. If I ever need garage work done again, I will definitely call up Garage Pros.
